Return Policy

At Regal Industrial Supplies, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the chemical nature of our products, all approved returns are subject to a 35% disposal and restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as original shipping charges are covered by Regal Industrial Supplies at the time of purchase. Refunds will be issued by check and can only be made payable to the original purchaser.

To be eligible for a return, requests must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date. Products returned outside of this timeframe may not qualify for a refund or credit.
